I booked a King room with a garden view. The room was large, it had plenty of room to settle in. The garden courtyard was quaint. It was lovely. Built in USB ports made for easy charging.

The room was great, but I found the soundproofing could be better (i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms).

The breakfast cafe was delicious, with a selection of pastries and coffee. Vouchers. The cafe is very close to the hotel. This setup provided a good start to the day.

Staff were helpful and cute. They responded quickly to requests. Enrico and other reception staff were ready to assist with any needs. Their professionalism contributed positively to the stay.

The room was quiet (which I appreciated). The bed was also very comfortable.

The air conditioning didn't work properly. It dripped water all night and made sleep difficult. I also reported it, but nothing got fixed. VERY annoying.

The location is great. Duomo is down the street. i received excellent recommendations for a panini shop and dinner. They were excellent.

the breakfast was a great disappointment. it consisted of prepackaged biscuits. there were no plates or cutlery for jam.
